WARRANTY POLICY
BILLING POLICY

GENERAL BILLING

Usage of Vozz’s products constitutes customer’s acceptance of Vozz’s billing policy. Following is Vozz’s billing policy with which all customers must comply:

All accounts are set up on a prepaid basis. Payment must be received by Vozz before any billable product is provided.

All international customers must pay by credit/debit card. Vozz does not accept international cheques.

Customers are responsible for keeping all credit/debit card details and contact information current.

Invoice and payment receipts are available to customers upon request and as part of the shopping cart platform.

BILLING CYCLE

Credit/debit card billing: all credit/debit cards are automatically charged on the customer’s specific billing cycle date. If the credit/debit card is declined, Vozz will attempt to charge the card on file for 30 days.

Late fee: all accounts more than 30 days past due may be assessed a late fee. No fewer than three attempts to contact the customer will be made before any late fee is assessed.

Delinquent accounts: all accounts 60 days past due will be submitted to a third-party collection service.

FEES

Late fee: Vozz may assess a 5% late fee for accounts 30 days past due (5% of the amount due).

Collections fee: in the event an account is submitted to a third-party collections service, a $30.00 processing fee may be assessed to the existing account balance. This fee is in addition to any other fees previously assessed on the account.

Interest: any charges not paid when due are subject to interest at a rate equal to the lesser of: (I) one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month; or (II) the maximum interest rate allowed by applicable law.

ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS

Invoices are generated and payments are collected at the beginning of each billing period. Customer billing periods typically begin on the day of the month in which customers opened their Vozz account.

PAYMENT METHOD

Vozz accepts payments via credit/debit card. Payment by any other means, such as by cheque or wire transfer, is on a per-customer basis and must be agreed to by Vozz. Vozz currently accepts MasterCard, and Visa credit/debit cards.

RETURNS POLICY

Vozz cannot refund or exchange your purchase for:

  • Incorrect choice of colour or style.
  • Incorrect choice of size.
  • Incorrect choice of certification.
  • Change of mind.
  • Damage of product by misuse of product or not following the products instructions. 
  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by Vozz (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our Sydney warehouse.
  • See below for instructions on where/how to get your return order back to us.

RETURN SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method, which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.
  • All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped cod will be rejected.
  • Any refused, undelivered, or abandoned package will be subject to a $25 service fee.



 
PRIVACY POLICY

Vozz Limited ACN 086 431 521 (Vozz, We, Us or Our) recognises the importance of protecting your privacy.

This Privacy Policy describes how we comply with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act), including the Australian Privacy Principles, and any other applicable privacy laws in Australia.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or remove any part of this privacy policy at any time. You should review this privacy policy periodically so that you are updated on any changes.

This privacy policy uses the term "personal information" which is defined in the privacy act.


What personal information do we collect and why?

The kinds of personal information that we may collect include your name, address, email address, telephone numbers, gender, date of birth, occupation, as well as other information that is relevant to our function or activities.

We usually collect personal information from sales data, warranty cards, website traffic and other relevant sources.

We only collect, hold, use and disclose personal information for purposes related to our function or activities, including:

  • to provide you with information or assistance that you request from us;
  • to provide you with products or services, including warranty services in respect of products you purchase from us;
  • where relevant to the provision of products or services to you, including taking head measurements for the purpose of fitting helmets;
  • to notify you about changes to our products and services;
  • to improve the quality of our products and services;
  • to identify your purchase history with us;
  • to inform you about special offers or promotions by us; and
  • for other purposes of interest to our customers.

If we do not collect this personal information from you, we may not be able to provide you with the products, services or assistance that you request.

If we use your personal information for the purposes of direct marketing, we will give you the opportunity to request that your information not be used for future direct marketing.

Sensitive information will only be collected about you with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law.


How do we hold, use and disclose personal information?

We hold your personal information in a secure database or as physical records. In either case, we implement and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards and security measures which are reasonably designed to protect your personal information. We may also hold electronic copies of documents containing personal information in a secure database.

We may disclose your personal information to the following third parties:

  • members of the Vozz group of companies;
  • our staff for the purposes of their work responsibilities;
  • suppliers or commercial partners of Vozz for promotional purposes; and
  • third parties engaged by us to perform functions on our behalf.

The members of the Vozz group of companies and third parties to whom your personal information may be disclosed may be located outside Australia, in which case the laws of those overseas jurisdictions may apply a greater or lesser standard of protection for your personal information.

A list of overseas countries in which such members of the Vozz group of companies and third parties are located is maintained by us . By engaging with us, you consent to your personal information being disclosed overseas for the purposes set out in this privacy policy.

In addition, we are permitted to use or disclose your personal information:

  • where you have consented to the use or disclosure; or
  • otherwise as specifically provided for by the Privacy Act.

SECURITY

We have security measures in place to attempt to protect your personal information that we hold from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, we will not be responsible for any breach of security caused by third parties.

We take steps to de-identify or securely destroy personal information when it is no longer required.

you may access the personal information we hold about you, and you may make or seek changes to that information, by contacting us by using the privacy officer contact details set out below.

if we do not agree to provide access to your personal information or to allow you to amend or annotate the information we hold about you, you may seek a review of our decision.

Cookies are data that a website transfers to an individual's hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Cookies, including those used by our website, can facilitate a user's ongoing access to and use of a site. They allow us to customise our website to your needs.

COMPLAINTS

You may make a complaint about an alleged breach by us of the Privacy Act in relation to our handling of your personal information. Your complaint should be in writing and provided to us using the Privacy Officer contact details set out below.

We will endeavour to respond to a complaint within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response to a complaint, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

SPONSORSHIP POLICY

We accept resumes from any racer or related party that is interested in sponsorship through info@vozzhelmets.com from 15 August until 31 October each year.

 
SHIPPING POLICY

We understand that when you make an order, you want your helmet as quickly as possible. Helmets will have availability status shown once a size/colour is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. Most products will be marked "in stock - ships within 48 hours". These products will ship same or next business day.

A shipping confirmation email (with tracking numbers) will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping.

Domestic orders will be shipped by Australia Post, international orders will be shipped by DHL. For Australia we offer Standard as well as Express delivery. 

Standard (excl. GST):

AUD$20.00 for domestic (Australian) delivery

For Express options within Australia, please make the relevant selection at the check out function in our online shop.

Standard international rates:

AUD$50 for New Zealand

AUD$125.00 for Germany, England, Spain, Italy, USA and Canada

AUD$150.00 for Turkey

AUD$100.00 for all other locations

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the receiving customer.

DELIVERY POLICY
Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will ship an item vendor direct and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact customer service before placing your order.

DAMAGED GOODS
If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Vozz customer service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but Vozz will assist the customer with these claims to the best of its ability.
